Will my dog actually keep it on?

That's the whole point of the design. It's soft, lightweight fleece with no sleeves, no elastic and nothing rubbing under the legs. Most dogs stop noticing it within a minute, which is exactly how long you need for the photo.

Which size do I order?

Use weight and back length on our size guide. Between sizes? Size up. The ribbon tie adjusts.

When do I need to order for Christmas?

US orders by Friday, December 4. Canada, UK, EU and Australia by Friday, November 27. Full details on the shipping page.

Is shipping really free?

Yes, on every order, with tracking.

Can I return it if it doesn't fit?

Yes. 30-day fit guarantee, and gifts bought in November and December can be exchanged until January 31.

Does it work for cats?

Sizes S and M fit most cats. Whether your cat consents is between you and the cat.

How do I wash it?

Spot clean, or gentle hand wash in cool water and lay flat to dry. Don't tumble dry (the pom-poms won't forgive you).

Can I add a gift note?

Yes. Add it in the cart or at checkout and we'll tuck a handwritten-style note card into the box.
