30-day fit guarantee

If Tiny Tinsel doesn't fit the way you hoped, you have 30 days from delivery to swap the size or send it back for a full refund. Pets are hard to measure. We get it.

How to start a return or exchange

1. Message us through the contact page with your order number and whether you'd like a different size or a refund.
2. We reply within 1 business day with simple return instructions.
3. Send the costume back in its box. Once it's on its way, exchanges ship immediately and refunds are issued within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.

Conditions

• The costume should be unworn beyond a try-on, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
• Items with pet hair, damage or odor from extended wear can't be resold, so they aren't eligible for a refund.
• Return shipping is on us for exchanges within the United States. For refunds, the return label cost is deducted from the refund.

Damaged or wrong item

If your Tiny Tinsel arrives damaged or you received the wrong color or size, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement at no cost. No need to return the original.

Holiday orders

Gifts bought between November 1 and December 24 can be returned or exchanged until January 31, so the recipient has time to try it on.
